The client
SpeakOut SpeakUp is a consulting and training firm that helps organisations build cultures of open, courageous communication. They work with large corporates and financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, the FCA and Prudential, on leadership development, psychological safety and whistleblowing culture.
The brief
The site needed to make the firm’s case clearly to senior decision makers and turn interest into conversations, while keeping more than a decade of articles and pages intact.
The build
I reworked the site in September 2026. The homepage now opens with the firm’s argument, that the most innovative and profitable companies empower transparent and open dialogue, before setting out the problems clients bring to them and how they help.
A client list adds credibility, and every page leads to a simple call to action: start a conversation with the founder. Resources such as The SpeakUp Playbook give visitors something of value to take away, and the legal pages were brought up to date at the same time.
